New York is an exceptionally complex market — because of the unique property types, bureaucratic processes, and because of the sheer volume of granular data — so if you choose to work with an agent (and we recommend it!), you want one who is savvy,

Your agent is your educator, your advocate, and your source of connection to other real estate resources (from attorneys and mortgage brokers, to inspectors and movers).

Working Together

The agent-client relationship is intimate, loyal, and for the long haul — so just like any good relationship, it’s important to commit to a good fit.

We only work with buyers who are only working with us – which allows us to devote our energies wholly and confidently to our clients.

One agent can (and should) be able to source and show all properties that could work for you — and should be thinking creatively to find, present, and help you secure the home you want.

Once we are representing you, we will handle and streamline all showing requests and of course, the negotiation, contract, and purchase approval process.

Our buyer agreements reflect our commitment to our clients and theirs to us; we require them signed and submitted, along with our clients' pre-approval or proof of funds, in order to begin viewing properties together.

We keep a saved search and property Collection continually updated throughout your search — trading comments and setting up your tour requests for seamless connection.

Will always communicate information you need to reference back to in writing.

We’re reachable by text and phone for daily communications M-F and Sunday.

Our communication cadence reflects both our needs and priorities — feedback welcome!
